Do you think it’s important to preset a time period in which you are to lose weight? I think the answer is yes – we divide our lives into one week increments, so it is logical that we settle on a 7 day weight loss plan, if we need to lose weight fast. I’m going to show you a simple eating plan that you can use to rev up your metabolism during the day – one of the best ways to lose weight.
It’s a fact that eating lots of smaller meals is better than eating three big meals. What causes this? When you eat a big meal, your body can’t take it all in at once, so much of the calories get stored as fat cells. Our goal here is to create a plan for weight loss, not to get fatter. If your goal is to lose weight in 7 days, start eating more, but smaller meals. You will soon discover you can lose weight fast.
Here is an example: instead of eating three large ‘squares’ a day, break up your meals into smaller portions. Why do this? It raises your metabolism and increases energy levels, blood glucose and hormones stay more level and you just drop the weight!
Now with your new eating habits, get hydrated with a lot of revitalizing water- skim milk is advantageous, too. If water is not your thing, try some decaffeinated tea. Stay away from soft drinks. You goal should be to keep your body hydrated all day long. Consume lots of protein such as walnuts and mixed nuts, or eat peanut butter on top of fruit.
A week will go by and it is now apparent that your 7 day diet plan has worked very well. You will have lost real weight, have much more energy and be more fun. No diet is simple to follow, and it is clear the method works time after time. You won’t find a better method for losing weight fast
